These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("T&Cs") govern the sale of digital products offered on the website vart.atioou.com, operated by ATIO OÜ.
2. Prices
Prices are indicated in USD or Euro on the relevant product pages. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
3. Payment
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards through Stripe and other integrated checkout options. Your order is confirmed once payment has been validated by the payment processor.
4. Delivery
Upon successful payment, purchased digital products become accessible in your account library immediately.
5. No Physical Shipment
All products sold on vart.atioou.com are digital. No physical product will be shipped to customers.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access granted upon payment, the right of withdrawal may be limited under applicable consumer protection law. For any concerns about a purchase, contact atio@atioou.com.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content, plugins, templates, frameworks, and materials made available through your account are the exclusive property of ATIO OÜ. Content is provided for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, publicly shared, copied in bulk, or used to train any automated system without prior written authorization.
8. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Sharing account access with third parties is prohibited.
